Gli orari dei pasti sono fissi e comunque subordinati al rientro dei convittori da Scuola: sono previsti accomodamenti per comprovate esigenze.

Il menu è bisettimanale e viene definito ad inizio anno scolastico da una commissione presieduta dal Coordinatore del Convitto e costituita dal cuoco coordinatore di cucina e da una rappresentanza di convittori.

Il menù entra in vigore previa approvazione del medico dietologo.

Il menù, per regolamento, non può essere personalizzato alle esigenze del singolo convittore.


N.B.

Con l’intento di venire incontro, per quanto è possibile, ai gusti del singolo convittore, la suddetta Commissione valuterà, ad inizio anno scolastico, l'opportunità di confermare "la sperimentazione", in atto da qualche anno, che permette al singolo convittore che ne fa esplicita richiesta, di beneficiare della sostituzione di alcuni piatti del menu con "pasta in bianco" in alternativa al primo piatto, e "affettato di salumi" in alternativa al secondo.



Di seguito sono riportati i due menu che la Cucina prepara con alternanza settimanale:







Il sabato e ogni prefestivo non prevedono di norma il pranzo in quanto i convittori all'uscita da scuola rientrano in famiglia.
In tali giorni, dopo la colazione, il cuoco consegna ad ogni convittore anche un panino con salume a scelta.
