Presentazione piano attività a.s. 2011-12

Nella riunione del 3 ottobre presieduta dal Coordinatore G. Marolla è stato discusso il Calendario delle Attività per l'anno 2011-12.
Vengono confermate quelle attività ricreative e sportive che ormai riscuotono un alto consenso da parte dei convittori:
i tornei di biliardino, di tennis-tavolo, di biliardo a cura dell’ist. Rispoli
i tornei di calcetto a cura dell’ist. Calabrese
il torneo di tiro a segno a cura dell’ist. Marolla
il torneo di videogiochi a cura degli ist. Carugno e Calabrese
Nell’ambito del Programma “Anticipiamo per vivere insieme le festività” sono stati previsti i seguenti appuntamenti:
28 ottobre “Party di Halloween”
21 dicembre “Pranzo degli auguri” e successivamente la 4^ Edizione dei “Giochi sotto l’Albero”
17 febbraio “Pranzo e ballo in maschera”
24 febbraio la 2^ Edizione del “Tiro alla pentolaccia”
2 aprile “Il pranzo della Colomba”
Per le attività formative:
- la redazione del giornale di Convitto a cura dell’ist. Marolla
- il laboratorio di informatica a cura dell’ist. Carugno
- il laboratorio tecnico-pratico a cura dell’ist. Marolla
- Il corso di “Educazione alla salute e ed elementi di Primo Soccorso” a cura dell’ist. Ferrucci
- Il corso su “Le proprietà medicinali e terapeutiche delle erbe” a cura dell’ist. Ferrucci
- il Cineforum a cura dell’ist. Carugno
Le iscrizioni alle attività, che sono completamente gratuite, dovranno effettuarsi entro il 10 ottobre.

Designazione Istitutori responsabili dei gruppi studio
- Lezioni - 5 visite
Per il corrente anno scolastico i responsabili dei 4 gruppi studio sono i seguenti:
Gruppo studio del 1°anno: Carugno Giovanni (area tecnico-scientifica)
Gruppo studio del 2°anno: Rispoli Donato (area scientifica)
Gruppo studio del 3°anno: Ferrucci Domenico (area umanistica)
Gruppo studio del 4° e 5° anno: Calabrese Giuseppe (area linguistica)I suddetti cureranno la tenuta dei registri dei corrispondenti studi e provvederanno all’invio delle comunicazioni mensili alle famiglie sul rendimento scolastico; inoltre forniranno le opportune informazioni sui singoli convittori alla funzione strumentale che cura i rapporti Scuola-Convitto.
Come al solito, nell’arco del pomeriggio, i suddetti istitutori ruoteranno nei vari studi a seconda delle specifiche esigenze scolastiche dei convittori.
