Presentazione ai convittori del piano delle attività a.s. 2009-10

Nella riunione del 21 settembre presieduta dal Coordinatore G. Marolla è stato discusso il Calendario delle Attività per l'anno 2009-10.

Vengono confermate quelle attività che ormai riscuotono un alto consenso da parte dei convittori: il cineforum, i tornei di biliardino, di tennis-tavolo, di biliardo e di calcetto e la 2a edizione dei giochi sotto l'albero.
Si è concordato che le altre attività previste,come la redazione del giornale, il laboratorio di informatica, il laboratorio musicale e il laboratorio tecnico-pratico,per motivi organizzativi, devono essere attuate con un numero più ristretto di partecipanti. Di nuova istituzione il "torneo di videogiochi" proposto dall'ist. Pacilli e il 1° Concorso di fotografia a tema a cura del Coordinatore Marolla.

Dal 22 settembre i convittori interessati si iscriveranno alle attività desiderate firmando il modello di adesione in consegna all'ist. Rispoli.
Successivamente, dopo l’approvazione del P.A.G. nel Collegio del Personale Educativo, presieduto dal Dirigente Scolastico, si elaboreranno i calendari delle suddette attività che si dovranno svolgere, ovviamente, in fasce orarie diverse da quelle dedicate allo studio pomeridiano assistito.

Per quanto riguarda le escursioni rientranti nel progetto "Scoperta del territorio e annesso stage formativo", in base alle proposte dei convittori sono state messe in agenda le seguenti località: Lesina, S. Menaio, Carpino e Alberona.

Nella stessa riunione sono stati individuati i nominativi che il team degli istitutori proporrà alla prof.ssa Iarocci Ottavia, referente del “Progetto David Cinema”, per costituire la rappresentanza di convittori che parteciperà al suddetto progetto che si svolgerà, come per gli altri anni, presso il Cinema Cicolella di San Severo.

Mentre la richiesta di organizzare incontri “a tema” con l’intervento di esperti e professionisti di settore sarà valutata in sede collegiale e successivamente programmata.
