Il nostro Istituto ha raccolto l’invito dell’Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori, in collaborazione con la Fondazione Banca Nazionale delle Comunicazioni, per la partecipazione al concorso "La Legalità nel Quotidiano". Concorso riservato agli studenti di tutte le classi delle scuole superiori di secondo grado delle regioni Calabria e Puglia, iscritte al progetto "Il Quotidiano in Classe". Obiettivi del progetto sono la promozione e la divulgazione dell'educazione alla cultura della legalità e del rispetto delle regole della comunità tra i giovani di due regioni italiane in prima linea nella lotta alla criminalità. Con la quarta edizione del Concorso, i ragazzi hanno avuto l'opportunità di lavorare in gruppo, per realizzare un elaborato scritto sul tema "Se fossi Sindaco: cosa farei per il mio comune e per i cittadini che lo abitano, ispirandomi al valore delle regole".
Un tema che si è rivolto direttamente ai giovani, chiamandoli in causa, invitandoli ad attivarsi e a capire la propria quotidianità e il proprio contesto. L'obiettivo è stato, infatti, quello di invitare i ragazzi ad intraprendere un percorso di autoanalisi che li stimolasse a suggerire e proporre soluzioni, idee, azioni, per diventare i protagonisti attivi dell'auspicato processo di cambiamento della realtà in cui vivono.
Tra i convittori hanno partecipato Di Nunzio Michele per la 1^ A e Triggiani Antonio per la 5^ A.
