Stage di Agricoltura Biologica e Biodinamica presso l'Azienda Desiderio a Termoli




Di Nunzio Michele, Piemontese Giovanni, Finizio Matteo, De Cicilia Antonio, Menonna Francesco e Sterlacci Michele sono i convittori che partecipano, con gli altri alunni delle classi 4^ e 5^ dell’indirizzo agrario, allo stage di “agricoltura biologica e biodinamica”, presso l’Azienda Desiderio di Termoli.
Lo stage si svolgerà dal 25 marzo al 15 aprile con la permanenza in Azienda dal lunedì al sabato. Una pausa è prevista in occasione delle vacanze pasquali.
Alle lezioni teoriche in aula si alterneranno attività pratiche volte all'acquisizione delle tecniche per l'agricoltura biologica e biodinamica.
All'inizio degli anni '80 l'Azienda è passata dall'agricoltura convenzionale a quella biologica e biodinamica: un metodo di agricoltura che elimina completamente l'utilizzo di prodotti chimici o di sintesi, rendendo l'azienda conchiusa in sè stessa, con l'utilizzo di preparati biodinamici preparati in azienda. Da allora l'azienda si è affermata nel suddetto settore ed è diventata valida promotrice di tale tecnica di coltivazione ospitando spesso alunni e studenti per lo svolgimento di giornate studio o stage.
L'agricoltura biodinamica è praticata in tutto il mondo: esiste una Associazione per l'Agricoltura Biodinamica che organizza corsi, fornisce consulenze e lavora per la promozione del metodo biodinamico. Buona parte delle aziende che producono secondo questo metodo vendono i loro prodotti con il marchio collettivo e internazionale DEMETER, secondo il relativo disciplinare di produzione. Come per l'agricoltura biologica certificata, esiste un sistema di controllo con ispezioni annuali relative all'effettiva applicazione del disciplinare.
